We are looking for engineering talent to join one of the fastest growing, most ambitious engineering teams in the world. We hire talented people and work with them to find the role that suits them best. As an engineer at HubSpot, you will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as the following:

  • Back End: We write lots of , primarily with . Our APIs are RESTful and use the minimal Dropwizard framework. We take advantage of Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop for .

  • : Our web applications are complex, single-page apps written in JavaScript (React, ECMAScript 6, Sass). We make extensive use of HubSpot’s own design system .

  • Core Data, Infrastructure, & Reliability: Building the systems that power thousands of services with Singularity on Apache Mesos, and empowering access to massive datasets with HBase, Elastic Search, , Redis, MySQL, and Memcached.

**Cash compensation range: $141,100 - $169,300

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
